Name: Rani We have 2 girls and are planning to adopt a boy from India. Will it better if we wait till we become US citizens which will in another 2 years, or adopt as Indian citizens. What would be immigration process to bring the baby to US?

hi-

I am also doing some reserch...my research is in the early stage.

From what I have come across so far....Either one parent has to be a US Citizen to adopt. I do not have any websites with me right now....

We dont have kids yet and are facing infertility....we are thinking of going the adoption way....but either one of us has to be a US Citizen to adopt from outside US.
