Is a banana part of your daily diet? Do you think a breakfast consisting of fruits is the ideal way to start the day? What are your favourite banana preparations?

You can add banana to your bowl of cereals and milk, as I do here in Ireland. Or you can have a banana sandwich. Banana sandwich is simple to make. (See Forum of this website, go to Food Talk > Vegetarian Food > click \" sandwitches.\" ) Enjoy.

By the way, banana is richest source of potassium: it' s very good for the brain.

Hate fruits! And hate bananas. How can you gobble up these soft pulpy things that slide down your throats…eeeek! I can only have banana fritters, I think the milk and batter makes it bearable. And chips! Banana and oil is a safe combination

Fruits are good for you. Eat them. Regularly. I don´ t think you are a kid then why are you behaving like one. Know what is good for you and have it quietly and without fuss.

Imagine the humble breakfast staple banana milkshake being a hangover cure. From now on no issues after a heavy binge night. Just ask mamma to serve you the milkshake and she will not even ask you why.

My PT teacher used to tell us to bananas. I even know the pehelwaans who stock up on bananas big time. Any one knows why? I am into body-building, and this may just help me.
