hiii good you are active but will advice you to take rest if you stand for more then hour..as during trimester you should take rest...it doesn' t mean you should spend whole day resting..but more you rest during trimester more easier pregnancy will be..I don' t mean you should lie down all the time but atleast sit keeping your leg up...:)take care love to little one

Hi Vidhi,

my advice would be just to try laying down once for a short nap during the day. That much is perfectly alrite. Don' t overexert, rest keep doing wat u are.

hi vishi

unless ur doctor has asked you to take so much rest you should stay active.. it' s better for pregnant women to be active.. all old wives' tales aren' t meant to be followed.. the more active you are, the better you will feel mentally and physically.. so don' t overdo the rest bit.. really, it can be verrry frustrating to lie around, doing nothing..

my dear vidhi plz relax. A pregnant woman does not have to rest every few hours. you can carry on with your routine as before. only take care not to exert yourself too much. There are so many pregnant ladies who go to work till their last mnth of pregnancy. Its good to be active. Its not gonna harm the baby. Bed rest is adviced to women who have some kind of bleeding or other complications.
Do not worry, you just eat healthy, think positive n enjoy every day of your pregnancy:-))
i wish you all the best n take care..
