I agree the views given here. It is always better to talk to the adopted child earlier. During early childhood it is easier for the child to accept/understand the situation. For the child, what is most important is the love that the child has been getting from his/her parents, since the beginning.

The way you have been treating your adopted child always makes a difference. It is your love for the child and the patience in dealing with him/her which will be the force behind making the relationship even stronger.
