Hi archie, others

I have a 20 days old baby. I feel my breast milk is not sufficient. I checked up with doctors about the ways in which I can increase my milk quantity but didnt get convincing answers.

Archie and others please tell me what are the food items/drinks I must have inorder to increase milk? Is it that If I drink too much of milk, then the quantity will increase? I need your suggestions very badly.

I am also sufferring from constipation after the child birth. Please tell me how to set right the same

Best way to increses milk is to eat lots of fishes.there some particular fish which can increses milk.try this .u can see best result i suppose.
