my hair is faaling at an alarming rate , i am in us and here we dont get biotin ...i eat lots of veg and chicken also but i dont know why they are faling after i came to us ...i have lost almost 50 percent of my hair in 6 months ....i am too worried ....i see in mirror but dont see any dandruff but if i scrub my scalp i see some flake s are they dandruff ...i wash my hair with warm water as it is cold here but nothing helps`
i used to put oil but that also didnt help infact i lost more hair ...can i take multi vitamin instead of biotin or let me know any substitute for it
pls help rk and have really no time left as i also have a baby but i am not stressed and am happy in life
i just cannot figure out reason for my hair fall

I'm also in US facing the same prob since last 2-3 mths, nothing is actually working.If u find any solution, plz... post so that people like me can also try that.I'll really appreciate that.
