hi pearl,

i m 25 years old n had a baby girl.i used to have very nice thick black hairs before my delivery( caeserion).after my delivery i started losing hairs alot.now condition is too bad .my hairs are falling rapidly daily.i also have dandruff problem. n allergic to lemon or sour things.
can u advice some home remedy to stop hairfall, greying n dandruff.

sonu pearl replied. HOMEMADE REMEDY FOR GREYING:
Mix 2-Tsp. henna powder, 1-tsp. curd, 1-tsp. fenugreek seed powder, 1 tbsp. coffee, 2-tbsp. mint juice and 2-tbsp. basil (tulsi) juice n make paste. Apply this paste to the hair. Leave this paste for 3 hours n shampoo it out with any natural or mild shampoo. Do this once in 15 days.

Consume 8-10 curry leaves (kadi patta) daily.

Grate some fresh ginger. Mix with honey and place it in a jar. Eat 1 tea spoon everyday. Do this lil carefully because it may cause heat.

HOME REMEDY FOR DANDRUFF:

Soak fenugreek (methi) seeds overnight in lil water n grind it into paste next morning. Mix this into neem leaves juice n apply on the scalp. Shampoo it out after 2 hours.

OR

Add 1tsp camphor to half a cup coconut or neem oil. Store it in a glass container. Massage your scalp with this oil before going to bed n next day shampoo it out.

Do anyone of the above weekly twice.

HOME REMEDY FOR HAIRFALL: Massage your scalp with almond oil daily for 10-15 minutes.

Few things you should do n take care of:

Immediately after shampooing don’t go out as dust particles will stick.

Don’t use sticky oil while going out.

While shampooing don’t be in hurry, rinse out shampoo thoroughly. Lil amount of shampoo also shouldn’t be left in hair.


Be as much tension free as you can.

Take diet rich in proteins, vitamins n minerals.

Eat fresh fruits n green vegetables.

Drink fresh fruit juices daily.

Take a healthy diet.

Avoid fatty foods n red meat.
