hello friends,
i have recently noticed very small white dots on my skin. i didnt understand what are those dots? they are like pencil dots & very white in color. i am really worried about these? did anybody face the same problem? can any body tell me what are these dots & how to get rid of them? please help Amy replied. I see it has been about a year since anything was posted about these white dots........but I have these little white dots around my eyes (have had them for years) they look like whiteheads, their very little and some pop and some don't. I can't find info on them anywhere. I've seen other people with them, most people that have them have more than I do. Some will go away one week and others will be back the next. Are these the same as what you all had. Anyone have any suggestions? Courtney replied. I have the same exact white dots as you. I couldnt have described them better myself. Mine happen to be on my lower and upper arms. Many people have told me it could be a sign of malnutrition, or recieving to much sun. I actually discovered your message when i was searching for information on these dots, sadly i still havent found any too logical answers, but if i do ill be sure to get back to you. U dont have to worry at all, these dots occur due to defeciency of Vitamin, there is nothing to worry since these occur when our body doesnt get the amount of nutrients and vitamins. So I suggest u start taking high- protein and vitamin diet and start taking Vitamin tablets. U should just go & show it to the dermatologist to confirm it though. Dont worry.. !! Eat well!! :)

If you have got the white dots recently, I suggest you show it to a dermatalogist at the earliest instead of trying something on it. Trying anything might just aggravate the problem.
