Name: kaveri 1. Can i use wheap creame in between two layers of sponge cake to make pastries ?

2. i have tips for decoration on cake ... how can i use it with plastic paper cone , if i can .

yes u can use whipping cream bet two layers of sponge cake but u will have to whip the cream with icing sugar in it & beat it by putting the bowl on ice & make sure that it doesn't turn to butter just beat it till the peaks r formed . i hope it helps
