Hi Hetal

I have a 10 months old baby who weight is 9 kg. when she was born her weight was 3.2 kg.

Is this weight okay or more or less.(please suggest what weight baby should have at the age of 10 months.)

I give my 10 month old the following diet:
Lactogen 2 / Nann 2: 120 ml two or three times a day
Breast milk : only night
Plain Khichadi: once a day (rice with dal, ghee, galic and salt)
Cerelac apple: Once a days
Nachani satva boiled in milk: Once a day
Parle G mashed in warm milk : Once in 2 days( This is her favourite.)
Apple pulp : Sometimes

Please let me know what all i can give her to eat so that i can give her different types of food.

She refueses to eat all the above now

waiting for ur opinion

with bw 3.2,at 10months,9kgs is good with some 500grams more...500grams more or less is just fine, no worries.
at 10months include more vegies and fruits,in her diet,,your baby needs variety, flavours and change in textures...
sudden loss of apetite could be due to teething(check his gums), ne illness to strike(check on his platime hours, temperatures, bowel or bladder schedule disturbances,,) or could be due to prolongd hours of meal times..
try getting him in schedules of 3hours meal times..and check on his intake of bm or formula in 24 hours,,,the totalintake is expected to be as below...your baby needs to have more varieties, multigrains and whole grains and proteins in his diet,,check for ne allergy issues whenever a new food is introduced,,wait for 3-4 days or a week to make sure he has accepted new food well...
check the posts below and it will give you all idea about diet, intakes and other textures,flavours...

some recipe ideas if you want to browse thru, you will get good ones in below sites :
1.wholesomebabyfood dot com
2.http(:)//homecooking(.)about(.)com/library/archive/blmisc16(.)htm
3.superbabyfood dot com
4.check on indiaparenting diet section, nice recipes therein too.
5.indianchild dot com
6.tarladalal dot com.
7.nandyala dot org
9.indianmom dot com site was also pref by other members.

make sure to keep your child well hydrated, and have enough fibr in his diet,,babies after 9months tend to lose intrst in food and wants to cruise all the time,,settle him before meals so that he is able to eat properly..babies sometimes dont eat in excitment or when overstimulated,,,
start with finger foods as soon your child will be ready for family foods.

if your child continues to reduce his intake,in days, its a sign that he needs to be seen by your dr. once a while skipping meals or replacing with extra feed of formula or bm is perfectly fine for kids upto 18months.
make sure it does not become habit and include varieties in his diet so that he doesnot become a picky eater..try after couple days,if he seems to dislike that food item,,but keep trying !
rest all is good.
take care.
