Can Alzheimers be fought with food intake? Can anyone suggest food that fight Alzheimers?

Wheat germs and whole grains high in lecithin and choline, carbohydrates Vitamin E, B, and various minerals help to forestall Alzheimers. Soy products are also a good source of choline, protein calcium and folic acid.

Seafood like salmon mackerel, gem fish, herring and sardines are rich in Omega-3 should be eaten at least 3 times per week. Egg is also a good dietary source of choline and other vitamins.
