Hi all,
I used to have a very glowing skin till some time ago and i never did anything to it!!For the past two years (co incidentally since i have moved to the US after my marriage) my skin looks really dull and darkish and even frekled.Once in a while i get a fe small pimple like things...sometimes they stay longer sometimes they go away on their own.I don't know what would help bring the glow back.Can anyone help?Thanx,

may not suit, or the weather or so on.
You are neglecting your skin for now, you need good nutrition and a good moisturiser.
Dont apply any home remedies, till you realise the cause of your problem, or you might worsen your skin.
Start taking multivitamin supplements, you will notice the difference. I believe there is a popular brand called Vitrum out there, you can either buy Vitrum Beauty or Vitrum Energy, or buy both and eat both of them alternatively. Or you could buy Centrum, which is also good.
Keep your skin moisturised, find a moisturiser that is good for your skin, you will have to hunt a bit for that. Change your face wash, it might be drying your skin, hunt for a more suitable one.
