Weekend we went to my cousin's place and I strained alot.I got cramps all over my body.

I strained myself a lot on saturday & on sunday, my legs pained like hell. I slept for a couple of hours and I felt a bit better. I am not the person I used to be. Even things I thought simple before r really tiresome now!

Yeah, we all have to remember... DON'T OVERDO ANYTHING... Naveena, take good rest as much as you can for a few days then slowly start your activities. These outing programmes mess up our eating, drinking and sleeping schedules too.... So be careful girls.

yes I think, sleep is best when we are strained. Last week I also strained myself a lot because of work and felt a lot of nausea because of it. Then I slept for full 12 hours continuously!

take rest.. actually I was out since friday and it was too much for me to come late and getting out in the morning again.. evn though it was for fun and meeting friends but I guess our body needs more rest than we think.. anyway take it easy and hope u feel better soon..

b'day party

seems everyone is busy ,busy alot. For me too life is hactic. But i do not forget to take a break in between either a movie or party or go out on weekends. Last 15 days i had all. I saw a movie Royal casino ,then i had a Dhruv's party. Everyone enjoyed it a lot. I had called an entertainer and had kept balloon sculptures. It was a great fun .
