I am having this terrible backpain . i can't sleep on any side it hurt very much.do anybody is having this problem? any remidies.

I realise these dys iam not able to work as much as before.Just stick to limiting housework&cooking simple.
Avoid bending,even if u have to, bend at knees only not at back.Take breaks from prolonged sitting,by walking for few mins hourly.
Always sit with back support,maybe keep a cushion in your office.
Shift wt on the spine by using foot rest.Lastly get a backrub frm hubby at nite.My hub is good at those&it relieves me immensely.
Anu you too take care,gosh today i had a miserable day.
Leg cramps&lethargy frm all the freaking out i did this long weekend.I was so exhausted&sleepy all dy that i had chai with hubby this eve though i usually stay away frm it.

Hey Manisha:

I am sitting in the office and having severe back pain now. I was holding my back and started browsing this wonderful site and shocked to see your new message with subject \";back ache\";. What a coincidence.

Yah, i am also getting back pain during night times and it is very difficult. I am asking my husband to massage my back before going to sleep. I am not sure what else we can do. I think this will increase day by day as our tummy grows :)

I wish and pray god that we all get good stamina to with stand all these problems.

I too had it, its kind of not there now(touch wood). My granny told me to have milk with honey at bedtime, that kind of made me sleep well. Also I tried to sleep on the rocking chair or recliner for few hrs in the night.
Have hot shower bfore bed, then dont bend or do much work in the day(my bakc pain was bad when I worked a lot, was not there when I was idle and in bed during day). Also my hub massaged with ZanduBalm or mustard oil.
