It's nice to get involved with fatherhood by learning about developing baby and changes your spouse is going to go through during pregnancy.

It's not very clear what you mean by Prenatal Education Center?
Prenatal care is something that your wife's OB would make you understand. If you are stating about how to deal with routine concerns and know if they are normal or alarming then you must buy some pregnancy books and learn yourself.

if you are stating about learning how to help your wife while she is going through this phase there are books on that as well. And so many internet parenting sites, may be some info here on IP, I am not fully aware of it's existence though.

If you mean how to prepare for childbirth then check up with your wife's OB for available Lamaze or Bradley classes in or around her area.

I am however somehow concerned becasue on Zee news lately have heard news of louzy Obstetrics practice in parts of Delhi, so have you and your wife learned about Dr. and hospital she will be deliverying baby. I was shocked to notice an OB who turned her kitchen into Operation theater and had C-section performed on a women, who had no option but to turn to this Dr. while she was in labor, needless to say her hospital was either far or not in position to get to there. She not only went through C-section mostly un-necessary but also her baby died soon, with in a day. So many cases of switching baby and having mal practice and lot of mortality rates of neonates in last few months.

Not scaring but making you aware that there are many good and bad places, just know you are in good hands and then rest assure your spouse will have healthy pregnancy if her Dr. is available 24/7 on phone, though through her affiliated hospital.
