Due Date Club October 2006:Archie & All help me.

I am in 38 week of pregnancy & due date is on 25 Oct'06. My doctor says that baby head is still not down and my BP is also high. Doctor suggested me for morning walk and 2 hours sleep on afternoon & 8-10 hours sleep in night.

Please suggest me, any way to get baby head down position.

did you mean head not engaged, if so then it will happen when baby want's nothing is there I can suggest.
if it's breech presentation then also tough to comment if baby will get head down.
At the same time engagement can happen if you climb stairs not once but repeatedly. do squatting and some cat-cow walk exercise. Also mop the floor and wash cloths by hands.
