Hi hina,
You are ready for labour your body is preparing and you do go through that my advice is to ask you hubby to msg.your back.Ask your doctor you can also use a luke worm shower around your pelvic do that when you are in labour especially it helped me break my water with my first preg.
If walking is tuff .Stay in your fours and do kegal as well.Take a big breath and realise slowly as well help you calm.
take care
all the best

Dear Hina

October 13th is my due date. I am also going to cross it, hence can fully understand the emotional and the physical exertion you are going thru.
I too have swelling in my legs, feet, arms and hands. And walking has become a pain also. I donot know about self induction(though have read a lot on it, havent tried much). I would suggest as far as the leg cramps and swelling are concerned....why donot you try getting the same massaged. I have been getting it done since the past one week and can vouch for the relief it provides. If you do not have a problem with the smell of garlic...i would suggest you use garlic burned in mustard oil for getting this massage done. It has helped me with the pain, i hope it helps you too. For sleeping at night i would say....firstly cut out on sleeping in the afternoon. Listen to some soothing music for relaxation at night. Donot forget to have a hot glass of milk. Keep changing ur sides...left or right both are equally gud...and do make use of pillows to support ur tummy. Also, use one pillow under ur feet. Keeping the feet up wuld help cut out the swelling and pain in the feet along with sending a nice supply of blood to the baby.

I know its difficult to walk...with the nerves on the tummy ready to burst(i have this prob) along with the weight of the baby shifting down. But my sincere advice would be donot stop ur walks. Take some one along for support. Walking in itself would help inducing labor. Also if you have been doing any exercises, continue with them. For back ache, i can say the cat-cow exercise is very good. If you are putting any ointment on ur back(eg. volini gel or any balm...)i wuld suggest change the same. Use some other brand.

i hope this helps. rest remember whatever happens, happens for good. Be positive. Its a matter of 2-4 days. You have gone through 9 months....another 4 days wont' make a difference. The minute you have ur baby in hand you would forget everything else. Hence relax...

take care

Hi Person,
