I have a question for you ,what is the care to be taken for color treated hair and is it okay to shampoo your hair once a week or has it to be done twice as I read that you may essential oils if you shampoo too often?Thanx so much,awaiting your response.
Samhita. samhita replied. can you reccomend a substitute for oil for daily use to keep hair mositurised at the same time not damaging cuz everday scalp massage with oil tho good for the hair gives a very greasy appearance.Thanx again. samhita replied. Thanx for your replies.One more thing I wanted to ask you which is aside from oiling my hair once a week do i need to apply a lil bit of oil everyday in my scalp cuz sometimes I do use dabur amla oil and massage my scalp with it before brushing my hair{my hair is very thick}.Is this alright or should i just oil once a week as you suggested and not the rest of the days.What should i use the remaining days on my hair if not oil.Thanx.

Iam in the US and the salon which i visit uses the paul mitchell color so I stick to paul mitchell color protectant shampoo and conditioner.Now I always shampoo my hair once weekly after applying warm oil in my scalp so basically you feel once is enough right.Now i also read that one needs to change the shampoo and conditioner regularly since Iam using a semi permanent color i stick to the same company's hair products too is that alright .One more thing if a color gets dicontinued in the market for whatever reason can I change to some other semi permanent color or is it a risky proposition.Thanx a million pearl.Expecting your response.

Massage your scalp with warm oil weekly once.

Shampoo your hair weekly once. After shampooing, apply conditioner to your hair n wash it off with normal water.
