I am a working mom of a 1year old , my husband left me when my son was 1 month old , he does not pick my calls or respond to any my e mails or texts. When i was pregnant he used to fight with me when ever he spoke and most of the time never spoke. Now my son is 1 year , he never even bothered ti visit him so far. I tried to contact me so many times , still no response . He calls my colleagues at my work place complains bout me and my mom but does not speak to me at all. He doesn' t provide for any of our needs . i earn my living and manage all my expenses on my own. i don' t know what he wants or what his plans are or where he is. I am stuck, confused and worried bout my child' s future.God help me. Even my in-laws dont respond to my calls or letters . What do i do now Hardika replied. firstly think before any suggestion given by any third person. React to ur husband meet him out of city talk to him and know who is the culprit behind this and try to solve. Get yourself a lawyer, send him a notice - legally he needs to provide money for you and your child. I would strongly suggest that you divorce him...but if you are too worried about what others will think, then threaten him with a court case.. ask him to pay maintenance for you and your child and if the amount he is willing to pay is not enough, then go for a lawsuit. you have rights here. Dont be a sad bhartiya nari and let him treat you like this.. all this that I have asked you to say, you shouldnt say it yourself.. insist that your lawyer say all this.. that will scare this jerk of a husband away..
