Hi Archie,

I am a mother of a one year old girl and I am not nursing her.I have a very regular period (29 day cycle). Next month I am going to India with my baby and the dates fall on my period time. Is there any medicine available to skip the period? I get very uncomfiratable cramps and kind of heavy flow too..So I just dont want my period during my vacation especially atleast during the travel.

Can you please suggest me any over the counter medicine to delay my periods..I am in US

Sunitha,
Yes there are treatments available but they are not necessarily be the promise to delay period. Also they are available by prescription only.

Roasted chana dal consumption for last 10 days might help delaying again not a promise.
