Hi! vara..
Congrats..I am bhavna from dec. board..ur friend with GD!
Great to hear that all went well in the end!..did they check her sugar..was it all fine...how is ur sugar now?????
If you don't mind me asking, what was her weight?
The thing about big baby is scaring me!!!
Anyway I ahve decided to go for a C section...my first one was a c too..and since we do not want to have anymore kids after this one...might as well do a Cagain.
I am on insulin now..and its helping!
Are u taking any meds after delivery??
Enjoy your new family addition...2 daughters is a great combo..they will be so close to each othet always..even I am having another girl and am very excited!

Hello bhavan, thanks a lot. Yes, they were ensuring that my kid's sugars are under control and she did. My baby weighed only 5.2 lbs. she lost 1 lb after one day but slowly gaining weight again. Breastmilk is helping her. There is no need to worry about the size of the baby coz GD mother's diet will not allow the baby to put on more weight.

U know after a long time I was the first one to hv the first sweet of the celebration. :o)

I am taking some pain killers which Doctor suggested. so u too r going to hv two daughters ? its real fun.

I was blessed with a daughter 3 years back n I m really thankful to God for that.It was a c-sec delivery n I was alone with my baby as my husband was posted in field location.n I was clueless about bathing riutals. so I never applied UBTAN on her but now I realized she has too much hair on her legs, back n hands n on face too.

I have been visiting site and finally cld see posts. Rhea is doing good.Pretty active like other kids.she sings whole abc song and counts 1to 6 (her bro' s impact)
I have been busy since i joined work since Jan ,so my inlaws are here to help with kids.i terribley miss both kids during day.
