Hi everyone..
i'm new to this board.. Congrats to all of you!
i'm 9 weeks pregnant. had my first gyn visit last week and I saw my baby in the u/s! it was amazing to see this tiny little being inside me.. the picture still lingers in my eyes. went thru a whole range of emotions from sheer joy to amazement to feeling responsible and worrying.. anybody else experienced the same feelings as me at their u/s?

Hi Vandana,
I too have comleted my 12th week of pregnancy and was able to see the baby's heart beat . It definitely is exciting.

Hi Vandana,
Congratulations to you too! I'm 12 weeks now.

I had the first ultrasound at 8 weeks. My husband and I too went through a range of emotions. It made the whole thing seem so real! It was a great feeling to see the heartbeat. Both of us kept thinking about it all the time for few days.

Maybe during your 12th week appointment you'll get to hear the heartbeat. That is also a lot of fun!

Hi Rita

We saw the heartbeat too but we could not hear it.. yes, now everything seems so real! we have not told our parents yet, and are very excited to tell them.. but my husband says maybe we should wait till we hear the heartbeat. dont know if I can wait that long! :)
