In hyd there is a VCA shisu vihar in ameerpet but they say there is a waiting list for 2 yrs almost.i m planning to adopt from Nagpur (my mother´ s place).The people r pretty fast.If u want things 2 work faster i wud suggest to adopt 4m maharashtra.All d best.

Read your message. Is it possible to adopt from a city where you don´ t actually live? I am from Chennai but have been living in Blore for last 2 years. So can I register and adopt from Chennai if that is quicker?
