U r all right,being a mom at home can be very lonesome,esp if u r away from ur country and loved ones.My problem is that I' m very socially handicapped..extremely painfully shy.I can' t make myself smile or say hello to anyone..I start shaking or sweating..so how can I make friends?I' m ashamed to say this..a grown up woman with a toddler.When I was working,I had some friends..now that has also gone.I always feel very inferior,less smarter than the other women/men around me..am scared of rejection.I have had bad experiences like this which have made me even more scared to come out of my shell.Some people think I' m arrogant or a snob since I dont talk..but only I know my problem.Does anyone have the same problem,or can someone advise me what to do to get out of this rut?I dont my daughter to suffer loneliness because I dont interact with other moms or worse, become like me:(
