Health Concerns:cannot gain weight

Hello, I am 5feet6 inches and usually used to weigh around 54 kgs. In the first trimistre I lost 2 kds and now my weight is just 52 kgs. I dont feel very hungry and I am now 13 weeks pregnant today. Is this OK ? HOw do I make sure I eat well ?

Don' t worry for the loss of weight in the first trimester.even i have lost weight in the 3rd month but in the 5th month,have started gaining weight.

Everything is ok,unless & until the baby is fine.speak to ur doc reg baby' s development.

It is normal that you dont feel hungry during this time. People to people it varies. Some have tremondous appetitie and the other sdont have the regular one itself. So there is nothing to worry. Even if you reduce a few kgs during your first trimester it isnt a problem. The doctors are keen on the weight only on the second and the third trimester so be normal as you are. All the best for you pregnancy. Take care
