you guys make me feel so bad for not uploading my pics.
I was supposed to go buy a digital camera a long time ago but I've been postponing it every weekend. :)

swollen feet

Hey Jaya, I just read your other posting and wanted to tell you not to worry about the swelling too much.

Like Simmi says, increasing you water intake will surely help relieve the swelling (6 bottles was what I was told to drink by my doc). I was also told to elevate my feet whenever possible and not to stand for too long.

Exercise will also help increase blood circulation. Yeah, do try and cut down your salt to lower you BP.
