Hetal replied. hi,
store your bm upto 4 days, on topmost shelf of fridge with medium level settings for cold fridge.
fill in air tight clear plastic bottle ! dont use the plastic bottle, that are not clear nd has opaque plastic.opaque type of plastic makes milk stick to its surface more and those particles which are often hind milk are needed to baby most,,and when you bring it to normal temperature as well, they dont come out of bottle ! so your baby is getting only milk that has the most water part of it and not the fat that are very much needed for your baby.
another, dont microwave your bm, dont boil or heat, or dont run under hot water. bm is light enough to come to room temperature with NORMAL temp of tap water..run under a normal water and it will be at room temperature..
it might take a bit longer , but is better than losing imp nutrients.
just shake the bottle slowly with lightest might of your hands,,dont shake as if you are shaking the bottle of formula trying to mix it badly. bm is delicate enough to mix well with light shake and doesnt need a vigourous shake at room temperature.
you can freeze milk upto 6months, in ordinary freezer,,in a good brands available storing/feezing bags,,keep the date on it and dont prolong more than 4 months, even though its safe upto 6months !
give it with cereal, give it with rice, when you introduce rice,,and good luck

shirley replied. Please dont breast milk. Dont put it in the microwave either. You will destroy valuable nutrients. You can either, after expressing your breastmilk you can immediately use it in your baby's cereal or you can stick it in the fridge for 4 days and when you need it - run it under some hot/warm water until the milk is warm or lukewarm. All the best

RE:Adult breast feeding
I was not breastfeed in my childhood hence the idea of sucking and feeding from a woman's full, engorged breasts has infatuated me. It is a fantasy that drives me wild like nothing else, just the thought of laying my head in a woman's lap while she brings her swollen nipples to my mouth. Ideally, I'd like to finally explore this with the right female. If you are in or near... - Sanjayhyd [View Message]
