hi, I have a 11yr old son and i want to adopt a baby girl either new or upto 2yrs old..can anyone help me on this..

I have read a lot into it, because I aim to adopt a little girl from India. If you are of Indian heritage you get first choice over non-Indian adopting families. Where do you live, and are you Indian? I am not Indian, and I live in CO.
