Hi there everyone!!!!
I was reading posts on this site..n i need help....i'm 3 months pregenant..n i want to knw is this right time to start with lamaze classes..n can anyone help me providing names and address where these classes r held??? it will be a great help....pls

usually you star t 7 month onwards as this is the time when the excercises and things really help and plus if you go too early tyou will forget what you learnyt when i was pregnant with my son i went in my 7month the classes are very helpful

Hi Sneha... Congrats.. Chk the site www ninemonthspregnancy dot com, where they hold programmes for moms to be. They teach lamaze breathing technique here. Please note that this is conducted in Mumbai only. Hope it helps you. Please share us the details of the class if you are joining and information about the fees.
