hello mommies

I browsed thru many websites n found simple home remedies for stretch marks.I' ve been doing one or 2 remedies 4m this-so I will share it here ..Hope this helps---

1.vitamin E oil works wonders for strecth marks(Actually I' ve been using Johnsons baby oil enriched with Vitamin E oil, since my 8th week,so till now I didnt gettu see any strecth marks....Thisz my experience) . The vitamin E oil works great on newer stretch marks but even if they are older, it still works, it just takes a little longer.Apply the vitamin E oil shortly after taking a shower. Do not wipe it off, just let it sink into the skin naturally and re-apply after your next shower(if u shower twice,if not, night before going 2 bed,u can use it). To be effective, you should be applying the vitamin E oil daily.

2.Ground coffee into a powder substance and mix it with any regular hand lotion. Rub into stretch marks for about60 seconds and wipe off coffee grounds with a warm moist towel.do this about twice a day if possible. Ihave been doing this and my stretch marks are gone on my stomach and almost dissapeared from my thighs.Try this remedy it really works wonders!P.S. results take about two weeks before any notices.

3. Olive Oil --This is to help prevent stretch marks while you are pregnant.---put Olive oil on all areas that could be affected by stretch marks twice a day. Once after a shower and once before bed. Olive oil can also be applied on face to prevent wrinkles. hmm WE must try it....

4.Rub vasaline intensive care on your stomach every morning and every night to get rid of strect mark...

5- Apply the gel of a fresh aloe vera plant. Let it dry overnight. Rinse off any residue in the morning. It helps with the elasticity of your skin so that as your skin stretches during the pregnancy you won' t get any stretch marks.

6.As your belly expands, your skin tends to get scratchy. Be careful never to scratch your stomach. Cut your nails very short so that even if you scratch, it will not leave any marks. The moment you feel itchy, rub some powder or cream and massage gently.

7. Here is another good recipe:
1/2 cup virgin olive oil.
1/4 cup aloe vera gel.
liquid from 6 capsules of Vitamin E.
liquid from 4 capsules of Vitamin A.
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. After that pour the mixture into a jar and store it in the fridge. Apply the oil externally all over the places where the stretch marks commonly appear ( abdomen, hips, thighs and breasts ). If you do this consistently every day, you may prevent stretch marks. (hmm most of the stuffs we dont get here in India...)

8---here I' m posting sumones experience with castor Oil---
Ingredients: You will need Castor Oil, Plastic wRap, Heating Pad,and 20 Minutes.
Instructions: First Rub pleanty, and I mean pleanty of Castor oil on the place that you have the stretch marks.
Then rap it with plastic wrap. Place heating pad on as hot as you can don' t over doit either but hot.Leave it on for about 20 to 25 minutes. Do this until you reach your desired of fadeness.I just did this last week and for one week of use they are gone.

9.Last but not the least abt our fud---

Drink loads of water, as it helps in enhancing the elasticity of skin, thereby preventing the appearance of stretch marks. It serves as an extremely beneficial stretch marks home remedy treatment.

Eat a well-balanced nutrient rich diet, so that you do not put on extra weight. It is vital to pay attention to the food you are consuming, as weight gain can become a cause for the occurrence of stretch marks.

. Eat lots of nuts and seeds and take zinc and vitamins A, C, D, E, and B-complex as a preventative measure.

Hope these tips wud help us getting rid of the dreaded strecth marks..n mommies if u have more remedies do write in here..

lotsa luv
megs
