I exercise a lot. In the morning I go for brisk walk and walk about 8 kms. Then I do some exercises such as pilates or crunches. In the evening I do cycling and some more exercises. All this makes me immensely hungry and I eat like a hog. I just can' t control my hunger. I hope this is not an issue in future as regards to health or should I control my diet?

you should keep control on your hunger after workout, if you cant keep control take protein shake or nutritious shake after your exercise. it will good for you.

are you serious after doing so much exercise you ate like hog, its not good siya, after workout take all protein intake in body, dont take carbs in body after doing exercise.

i suggest you first of all things make your proper diet chart, because if you want to loss weight or gain weight, 70 percentage role is diet and 30 percent role is exercise. so maintain your diet too.

i m also gym and exercise lover, but i maintain my exercise schedule its morning 6 to 7.30 its include cardio and weight workout, so you should maintain your workout from now, dont go in wrong direction

excercise is good thing, but you maintain your time of your exercise, if you do morning workout there is no need to done evening workout too, maintain daily one to two hour exercise.
