hai..my princess arrived on 21st august.absolute normal delivery.i was dilated just 2cm on 20th by 21st morning 7 am it was 5cm then by 8am i was 9cm.delivered at 9:15.she weighs 3.400gms.

horlicks with milk
i know for sure horlicks is absolutely fine with milk.. but in pregnancy i was adviced to have mother' s horlicks since it has DHA and some other stuff that are good for the baby...
