Diet and Exercise:tummy fatness

I' m 27 years female, I want to reduce my tummy . When I loose weight my clevical bones(beauty bones) start looking horribly , even I reduce 1 kg. It looks like I dont eat or I dont get enough food to eat & I look pale & sick. Now I decided to join gym so I can reduce my tummy part only so my clevical bones will not appear. Is it possible to reduce only specific part of body & not entire body???

as per my knowledge its difficult to reduce only tummy fat, in the gym when you start workout, first you start reduce upper body part, and then you start lower body, and stomach the last part which reduce and take time to loose fat.

you can reduce your tummy fat only, by doing abdominal exercise, and its not difficult, so it will be helpful for you, also you should maintain your diet. and avoid to eat junk outside food, and dont eat fried thing.
