I' m 27 years female, I want to reduce my tummy . When I loose weight my clevical bones(beauty bones) start looking horribly , even I reduce 1 kg. It looks like I dont eat or I dont get enough food to eat & I look pale & sick. Now I decided to join gym so I can reduce my tummy part only so my clevical bones will not appear. Is it possible to reduce only specific part of body & not entire body???

yes it is good idea to join gym and do workout and cardio in gym it will be good for you and its effective also, so you can loss little beat weight also, but you didnt look weak.

it is definitely possible to reduce particular part of body if you want to reduce only belly fat, then it is possible, so dont worry about that, but you should maintain diet for this.

It is possible though it is not recommended as working out each muscle to some extent is important. In your case you also take up upper body exercises (viz, shoulder, chest) to help in solving the problem you mentioned.

Yes, it is possible to reduce only a specific part. You can look up on the internet for various abs workout. In case of tummy most important is diet as it plays a major role in shaping it.

Yes it is possible to reduce weight only from a certain part of your body. You will have to do specific exercises only. Ask your trainer about the exercises that will help you reduce your stomach only and also about what all should you cut out and include in your diet.
