I' m 27 years female, I want to reduce my tummy . When I loose weight my clevical bones(beauty bones) start looking horribly , even I reduce 1 kg. It looks like I dont eat or I dont get enough food to eat & I look pale & sick. Now I decided to join gym so I can reduce my tummy part only so my clevical bones will not appear. Is it possible to reduce only specific part of body & not entire body???

yes it is possible to reduce belly fat so you should concentrate on your daily diet and workout only, and dont eat outside food for particular time period and see the difference in this period.

for you to reduce your tummy fat you should start doing suryanamskar daily at least 50 suryanamskar it will give you positive result like inch loss, and weight loss. also you didnt look weak.

you take diet from dietician and start walking in early morning for 1 hour, and take dinner as much as possible early, and after dinner go for walk again for half an hour.

i must tell you if you have lower abdominal belly fat then you should work on that only, and also dinner you should take before 7.30 pm, and max to max 8 pm, it will show you very positive result.
