I' m 27 years female, I want to reduce my tummy . When I loose weight my clevical bones(beauty bones) start looking horribly , even I reduce 1 kg. It looks like I dont eat or I dont get enough food to eat & I look pale & sick. Now I decided to join gym so I can reduce my tummy part only so my clevical bones will not appear. Is it possible to reduce only specific part of body & not entire body???

its not that difficult to loose belly fat, If you think to reduce belly fat then it possible be happy after heard that, so many belly belt are available in market which is very helpful for you, so think on that.

I also suffer from same situation, so after done crash diet I loose belly fat, but after some time I start gain weight, so I suggest you don’t do crash diet it means don’t go on liquid diet, that’s it.

its not so easy to reduce belly fat for loose belly fat, why don’t you try cumin water at night, cumin mixed with boil water and leave that solution over night, and then drink that water in early morning, you will get result definitely.

its not possible that you maintain you beauty bone as it is during your workout time so you should take care of these things before joining gym and in gym do only cardio workout, so it will be helpful for you.

first you take your diet plan and follow it very properly in ten days you will get your result, and drink warm water daily, and in morning also you should drink warm water with lemon honey combination drink daily.
