hi friends i going to share my headshave experience with you my name is kajal i shave my head because my mom vow i was cleared my exam with good mark then she will tonsure my head in thirupathi .my mom said me about her vow intially i not agree to shave my head but after an big arguement i accepted for hs my mom made to shave my head in last year Puraṭṭāci first week we went to thirupathi . we started to thirumala on noon time and reached in the night. I had my last head bath in the ealry morning and seen my hair well in the mirror, I din get sleep whole night i was so scared and shy. and reached tonsure hall by 6 30. My father bought a tickets and we went into the hall. My heart beat increased as the time neared. There was some crowd even it was early in the morning. I just checked out the hall. we standing in the line more than standing before Then my turn came, my mom asked me to sit. The barber asked mottai or cuts. My mom said mottai and handed the blade. I was completely nervous and my heart was beating like anything, i was crying my mom shouted me ask me to say govinda The barber wet my hair completely He split my hair into 2 and tied 2 knots. Again he slightly sprinkled some water and asked me to think of God. Then I could feel he started from the middle. I could see hair falling down Just in a matter of time he shaved 1 side and put a big hair tuft aside Then he continued and shaved the other side too in few mins.My mom told to shave it again. I felt so angry on her and started at her. Then the barber shaved again . Now I am full mottai. He removed the excess hair and told its done. I got up and My mom was very happy. My dad gave 50 rupees for the barber for mymottai . I felt so shy and told my mom to hurry up and went out . My mom gave dresses for me .i took a bath and changed yellow chuddi and Came out I told my mom I don' t need Chandanam. I' m going to cover my head. But she refused to give my shawl and My mom applied chandanam in my mottai.and she put nammam in my forehead We went to temple and started home by evening and reached in the night Nikita replied. I had to undergo the same thing because my mom had vowed that if i clear my entrance exam then she will take me get all my hair shaved. I was not at all ready to do it and i totally refused to get it done but she was very adamant on it. NN replied. See sometimes you have to be happy and actually you should be happy if your parents are happy because of something you could or you were able to do for them. They sacrifice soo much for you so this is the least you can do for them. NN replied. See don't be angry on your mother and it is nice that you agreed to do it because she believes in it and it is not good to break someone's belief. And don't worry your hair will be all grown in no time. No Name replied. You do not have to be embarrassed of having your head shaved and being bald as it is not a big deal and your hair will grow back soon so do not cover it and let yourself be uncomfortable because of it. I think you cried a lot when mottai or head shave is done for you by the barber. It would be very hard for girl to do tonsure because such a ling and lengthy hair will grow for some years.It would be very hard to digest for us. Simran replied. Hello Sana,

It was very bad experience for you. But i have seen many people are praying vow with out interest of the people who are doing mottai and the person who is giving hair in the name of god must give to god whole heartedly but it is done forcefully. mamata replied. hey how do u feel now? as u come back to normal life how ur friend reacted. nd u still feel the same? do u want to do it again or will like ur long hair back?
