my mom s 55yrs age..she s having hip length uneven length hair with many white hairs..she didnt go to salons yet....so please suggest for haircut NN replied. If you mom has uneven length then let the hair grow evenly to a length where your mother will be comfortable if cut. Why don't you ask her to do if she is not you need to find out about the reason behind it. Has your mom expressed a wish to cut her hair. Please do not force a hair cut on her. Your father can do it with some justification. You as a son forcing it on her is simply not done.
However, if she genuinely wants to cut her hair, I suggest she goes to a religious place such as Tirupati, Palani, Nanjangud, etc. and shaves off her head fully, grow it our for about three or four months and then cut it like a man in a barbershop.
