Adoption:Adoption Leave for working mother.

Name: Ashish We have adopted a darling baby boy, who has brought life into our lives.

Both myself and my wife work. Though, presently my wife is on leave. She is working for one of Boards functioning under Ministry of Agriculture.
Her organization has no policy for allowing leave on grounds of Adoption.

There is a central Government Order on Adoption Leave, which my wife referred to in one of her leave applications. However her application has not been considered because that organization does not have any rule on Adoption Leave.

Can anyone help us in ensuring immediate compliance of the Government Order allowing Adoption Leave (which has been equated to natural pregnancy), by her organization.
