Subject:  planning to visit US

We are planning to visit US next year. My sister, my dad, my mom and I are planning to spend out next summer holidays in US. I am not sure exactly when we will visit. Our passports are ready but visa are yet to be done. My father’s friend is helping him with this. He had been going through various websites regarding our visa work and asked me to do the same. I came across your article and found it quite useful. My dad has set up an appointment with the official in US Embassy and now he is busy in collecting all the documents those officials may ask him to bring along. I have hear that if you are visiting US for traveling purpose then it does not take that much time to get done your visas.

Subject:  educational courses in foreign countries

I read your article and I must that it is pretty helpful. I have completed my graduation in BSE IT and I wanted to do some software course abroad. My first choices were Australia and New Zealand and these countries have good education prospects. But then my I discussed my plans with my dad. He advised me to do my further studies in US. My maternal uncle stays there and he has a son of my age. He has very good knowledge of educational courses in foreign countries. I wanted to complete my further studies in a foreign country. Last month I had a word with official in a us Embassy and they have given an appointment. I have heard that because of security reason the visa application process takes long time.

A few years back my brother applied for US visa as he wanted to study in America. He applied for the visa from us Embassy in India. he went there and enquired about the us visa application procedure. The officials there asked him to take an appointment so he can meet the concerned person regarding the paper work. He fixed an appointment. Then he had about two meeting with the officials. I do not know the exact procedure he gone through but he told me that officer took his interview and asked him to get certain documents including his valid passport. He had to show his income proof, his money. in short how much property he owns. He got visa in a month, I think.
