The officials there asked him to take an appointment so he can meet the concerned person regarding the paper work. He fixed an appointment. Then he had about two meeting with the officials. I do not know the exact procedure he gone through but he told me that officer took his interview and asked him to get certain documents including his valid passport. He had to show his income proof, his money. in short how much property he owns. He got visa in a month, I think.
