Hi,
We have been trying for 7 years now, and still have not been able to conceive a baby. We have gone through numerous tests to find out what the problem could be, but unfoirtunately all tests come out fine. I am saying unfortunalely, because I wish there WAS a problem. Becasue then atleast there can be a solution. Alll the doctors telll me is that I need to be less stressed. But that is not really in my control is it. And there are no drugs to destress yourself either. So what can we do? Nothing. Just keep trying and trying till at some time god answers our prayers.

Gauri replied. Hi! I understand ur situation very well. Have been married for 9 yrs now and am still childless and facing unexplained infertility. HAve tried many treatments, got tired of getting injections, ultrasounds, blood tests.
And what is worst is that everyone around me is getting pregnant all the time, including all my family.
Lets hope things work out for you and me too.
All the Best. God Bless Us All.
shashi replied. i am in the same position as you. we are also being told nothing is wrong after numerous tests. i have also gone through a few iui's and i ivf cycle. nothing happened. we also feel that it would have been better to have a problem then maybe we could solve it.
we are going to try another round of ivf next month and see what happens. my doctor says stress does not play a part but i have read in a lot of places that it does so this time i am taking time off from work while going through ivf.
please don't loose hope. i am sure everything will work out.

Do take a break it might be just the thing u need.

suman replied. I know how it feels, since I also going throw this. It's been 4 and half years , tired of trying everything.I even tried IVF once, lost in 30 days, can you believe it was just like a normal period. and it is so frustruvating..but taking tension might worsen situation.so my suggestion to you is just try to take that thing from your mind(I know it's not easy).keep yourself busy in those activity which makes you happy.& pray.having perfect baby is also important..so just pray.I will let you know if any treatment works for me.thank's.
kavitha replied. All I can say is Pray god, he is the only person who can help us in all Critical Needs, even we r in the same boat we r trying for the past 10 months with issueless, since I feel frustrated & lose interest in making love, all I do later is pray to god with full heart, having a kid is the greatest blessings in life, I shall pray for u too........soon u will be blessed. My mom had the same condition & my brother was born after 8 yrs, everything was normal to her still.....it took time.It will happen at the right moment when u don't anticipate.
abcd replied. Sorry to hear what you are going thru. Has your doctor ruled out polycystic ovarian syndrome? If not, then you should be tested for that. That can cause a lot of fertility issues. I have PCOS and have been doing lots of readings. But if you dont have any problems, then dont lose hope and relax. Stress doesnt help any. Best of luck to you

Take my advice as we had gone through similar situation.
You should be really happy that there is no problems with both of you. The matter is just of time !
Let me tell you few things which worked for us.
Never loose hope.
Believe in God. What ever your faith is plan and do rituals designed for this purpouse. If it is done with heart and faith you can find dramatic change in your attitude and will take most of the stress off.
Finding the actual ovulation time and plan intercourse during that time.
It is very important to make sure that the semen stays in. This may be done by positioning pillows and lying on the bed for atleast 30 minutes.
Both of you should not take bath in very hot water.
The best thing to find the ovulation time is the ovulation test kits available in farmacies or plotting by basal temperatur chart.
Believe it or not my wife was pregnant the same week our parrents conducted a pooja designed for this purpouse in a local temple and my brother returned from Sabarimala after climbing the hill for 12 hrs.
All the astrologists they met had predicted the same !
Karishma replied. I know it is not easy to destress. I went thru the same thing. We tried for a baby for 5 years, had 8 miscarriages, and then finally had a beautiful girl. And now have again been trying for 2 years for the second one with no luck. All I can say is don't loose heart. Keep trying.... and believe that there is a God.
Madhuri replied. I can comeletly understand waht you are going through. I had a very similar problem and all my doctor would say that I just had to keep trying and not let that run my life (easier said than done, especailly when you see all those pregnant women all around you). But all I can say is that don't lose hope. It is better that you don't have a problem than you do have a problem. Just have patience.

IVF via Donor Sperm
Hi, we are planning for ivf via donor sperm as we have genetic history wherein my daughter is ASD and mine own brother is ADHD hence genetic counselor said there is risk of 15-20 percent of child being autistic if we use our own gamet. If male child is born the risk is higher than a girl child.
Hence we thought to go for donor sperm. But there is still... - SS [View Message]
