Where were you at the time of terror attack on 26th November? What can be done to prevent terrorism? Do you think that the city is back to normalcy?

Subject:  I was in churchgate

I was in my office at Churchgate. The location was near from our office and that made us panic. My mom and dad called me and my wife was almost fainted after watching the news on the television. I told her not to worry. As soon as we got the news we decided to leave our offices and get back to home. Some of my coworkers came at my home as they need to travel on opposite directions. We all came home safely but I was worried about some of my friends who work at Fort. I called up many of my folks to ensure their safety. One of my friend was about to visit Taj when he came to know about all this. Thanks for giving these safety tips. I will surely forward them to all my folks.

Subject:  It was scary

I was just surfing the TV channels on Wednesday nights and breaking news gauged my attention. First I thought that news channels are such overreacting on certain happening in the city but when I understood the entire episode, it moistened my eyes. It was scary to see all people running here and there and terrorists attacking from all directions. They made people hostages and killed innocent people including Britishers who visit India as tourists. The incident happened is definitely shameful. It is going to affect India’s image in long run. I read a statement made by Barak Obama where he conveyed his anger against terrorism. At one side it is sad to see terrorist attacking our dear city and on the other side we have got immense support.

Subject:  whatever happened is saddening

Thousands and thousands of salutes to Mr. Hemant Karkare, Mr. Vijay Salaskar, and Mr. Ashok Kamte who fought bravely on the day of terror. Those who are reading my comment kindly pay homage to our great warriors. We often tend to forget about their deeds in log run. Let us remember these brave people forever. Every Indian should be proud of these people. Whatever happened is very depressing. Terrorists knocked down many innocent people. Terrorists are those irrational beings. They are suing the weapons for devastation and that is saddening. On Wednesday we got to see completely different version of terrorism in India. We never though that terrorism in Mumbai will cross these heights. Terrorists attacked all luxurious hotels. We should be aware and alert.
