1)Mix curd ,ginger and garlic paste, dhania powder ,cumin seeds powder, garam masala powder, salt , red chilly powder, tumeric ,1 spoon of biryani masala,
cardamom powder,half lime juice and mix well.
2)now, cut the chicken pieces and ofcourse wash it ,and prick it with fork and then add that pieces to the curd and keep aside for 1 or 2 hrs,
3)then, for rice first of all ,just wash the rice and keep it aside
4)heat the ghee in a pan and add dry green cardamoms,cinnamon,brown cardamom,bay leaves ,cloves,black peeper to it and fry for 2mins.
5)Now, add the rice to it and mix well ,then take milk and add pinch of saffron to it and let it boil for 40secs in microwave.
6)add the milk to the rice and also add half lime juice to it and salt to taste,and pressure cook it,add 6 or 7 cups of water for 4cups of rice.
7)Take another pan to cook chicken in it, heat some oil and fry onions in it till golden brown then add the marinated chicken with gravy.
8)cook it till it is well done, at last add 1 spoon of biryani masala to it, and remove it from heat .
9)layer it in a dish with alternate layers of rice and chicken and garnish with some greens on it and cover it with a foil .
10)cook it in a preheated oven at 400dgr for 20mins and before eating just remove the foil and mix it well and garnish it with sliced onions .

Procedure:

2.Boil the Kheema also.
3.Add Dhana-Jheera powder,salt & chillipowder according to your taste & mix it thouroughly.
4.Mix the boiled noodles & kheema & make it in the shape of kebabs with your hand.
5. Mix cornflour & outer part of a egg.
6. Dip the kebabs in cornflour mixture & deep fry in oil.
It takes very little time. so you can surely try this recipe.Reply me back if you liked it.
