Hi Rita, i' m 8 weeks pregnant myself with my first, and i have not had any vomiting and nausea, but i do have an aversion to eat whenever i see food, sometimes it becomes difficult because i have to force myself to eat. i don' t mind drinking anytime. is that ok, ladies?

milk is important to your diet, but you can make it more interesting by mixing milk with your favourite juice, drink it like a milkshake or have yogurt, cheese, spinach, broccoli, lots of nuts in between meals and one hard boiled egg everday ( hint of pepper and little tomato sauce, ). try them.

hello rita,
I' m 4m the september due date board,n I' m 15 weeks pregnant.Believe me I 2 didnt have any symptoms,whatesoever..Most of the pregnant ladies say that they have nausea, uneasiness blah blah,But I didnt have any.Other than the 2 symptoms ie excessive urination n breast tenderness..I 2 felt initially that I' m not pregnant, coz I didnt have these classic symptoms of nausea n....But when later I found out 4m my mom that no one in my papas family(ie my papa' s sisters n evn my mom)didnt have any nausea or uneasiness. So I thought I got it 4m them.Well I cannot say for sure, this heridity or not,but blv me,there r atleast 2percent pregnant ladies who dont face any symptoms. So u neednt worry at all.I' m the biggest example for u:-)So chill n joy ur pregnancy..N as U dont have nausea,u can cook yummy dishes n eat.Well thats what I did:-)Thoroughly njoying my pregnancy. So keep kool,u neednt go to doctor for check up.If ur confirmed ur pregnant, then be kool,n joy ur pregnancy..eat healthy diet..Thisz a must now.U shd eat a very nutritive n healthy diet..So avoid junk food,n eat healthy....
n njoy ur pregnancy...Remember this we r lucky we dont have classic pregnancy symptoms:-)(Ya thats a diffrent thing sumtimes I kinda miss it,but blv me u shd ask ppl who have nausea, they find eating worst. So that way we r very much better..
so rita fikar not ,be kool n eat healthy:-)
lotsa luv.

Hi Rita,

First of all Congratulations to you:)
I am also 7 weeks pregnant. Even I didn' t faced any such problems. The only problem I am facing is little acidity and constipation. Don' t worry as symptoms vary from person to person.
Take care of yourself and have lots n lots of fruits for fibre and drink 3 glasses of milk everyday.
Everything will be fine.

Cheers!

Divya

hi
My son also had the same problem his legs used to shiver my doc said it is due to calcium defieciency b.coz I was calcium deficient. She gave him a tonic for 2 mnths it cured after that. The reason why ur baby' s leg is shivering may be this. Plz contact ur doc and take necessary steps as soon as possible.... - Sahila Gupta [View Message]

Not to worry
If you want a normal delivery, ask your doc first to try vaginal delivery if not then go for forceps delivery where baby can taken out with the help of tongs...
