Q: I am 32 years old and in my 6th month of pregnancy. My pulse goes up to 122 per minute and I sweat profusely on the slightest exertion. I also start gasping and feel breathless. My BP and all other tests are normal. What can this be due to?

Juliette (Fontainbleu, France )

A: Please get your thyroid hormones and blood sugar levels checked.
