Q: I had a normal delivery, after which I had a few stitches. Though the stitches have healed I feel there is some tear which pains sometimes. Also, I have a gas problem which is affecting my baby as I am breastfeeding.

A: Mention this to your gynaecologist when you go for your next check up so that he or she can check if there is any problem, or if your stitches have completely healed. Take anti-flatulants for your gas problem.
