Q: I have already stepped in the ninth month of my pregnancy. Although I am very excited for the baby's arrival after a long wait, I am also extremely scared about the labour pains. I have always been very delicate and just don't know how will I be able to bear the labour pains. I have also heard a lot of myths that the baby will be dark if I drink tea. I have been having it twice a day. Is this true? Roshni (Mumbai, India) |
A: You can take an epidural anaesthesia for the pain, if it gets unbearable. There is nothing that can really change the complexion of your baby. Taking iron or drinking tea will not make your baby dark. |
