Planning a Baby  Discussion Forum

Myself and my wife are trying for a baby for sometime now, but in vain. I am using anti depressants due to stress problems at work.
I have tried using Provironum for increasing the testesterone levels and sperm count. I have very less sperm count and suffering from Oligospermia.
My sperm count is 35 millions and the motility is only 30. Normal = 40, abnormal=60.

Through internet, i came to know about Speman from Himalaya. i have few queries regarding this.
1. Recently my sax drive is reduced considerably.
Please suggest any ways in which this problem can be solved.
2. Is using Speman good or bad?
3. Can we administer the medicine ourselves or do we need doctor´ s prescription?
4. What is the dosage?
5. Are there any side effects in usingt Speman?

I request people on this forum to suggest me over these queries.

So can you say what you have done for that then had you consulted the doctor and what did they suggest you can you say all those things if possible also and it would be better if you share in the forum. Well every problem has a solution and you dont need to worry about it too much. If you are not able concieve then you should visit a doctor. However self medication is not good. Hug her as soon as you are from office. Say often that you love her. Try to love at early morning hours, Stop smoking and drinking, Dont wear tight jeans, as it seems you might be sitting most of the time at office have some relaxed exercise at evening.

Do not disclose with your family members (tell them your still under planning) or else their free advice will make you sick

Be encourages with your spouse. If not this month may be next.

It will happen with sudden joys. Nothing care like she should not climb or travel or eat to be consider. Just enjoy.

There is no relation ship with you sex drive/Motility

1.Just Check the fetily days go for some trip on these day. You drive reduces because of the work pressure, routine type of work.
2. Speman is good.(It takes from 3 to 6 months)

4. You could take one ever night after dinner
5. No side effect

Speman is good for Motility, and you could use Tentex forte (same from Himalaya)
