Body and Fitness:flabby arm & thight

I have flabby arms and thight with lots of fats, so my fat looked ugly in sleeveless top and when I crossed my leg! can U help mI?

** All you have to do it be a verb!!lol- just go out and jog, run, bike and also do the basic sit ups and push ups!
If you do lots of push ups, It will majorlly help- a lot! + never ever quit!!

This has been working for me:

ARMS: bicep curls, chin-ups,push-ups, tricep dips or kickbacks, upright rows
THIGHS:stairmaster or just stairs and lunges, also some various machines at the gym but I don't know the name of them, sorry

Make sure you do these with some cardio because if you dont do cardio (which, most importantly, keeps the heart in shape and warms up the muscles), you would gain muscle in those prob. areas without losing the fat and that would make them look bigger instead of toning them.

Some cardio ideas: I work cardio machines at the gym, play tennis, take aerobic classes, work out with tapes at home, go clubbing (dancing's always fun!), swim, jog, or go for walks

You could try doing some pushups each day to stregthen your arms,and try doing some \";leg lifts\"; thats where you lay on your side, and start with lifting one leg until you feel it working in your thighs. ( i do all of this at home myself)hope it helps

exercise! go for a brisk walk or jog everyday. if u can combine walking or jogging with weights to tone your upper arms and legs, theres nothing like it!
