Subject:  Eating Kiwi during pregnancy
Kiwifruit is rarely found in India. Therefore, it is not possible to eat kiwi regularly. Which are the other fruits as good as kiwi which can be consumed during pregnancy? Please if any doctor or anybody has experience in this can let me know.

I have heard this for first time that Kiwi is good for pregnancy. This is quite amazing but Indians are not used to eating Kiwi fruit that much. Is there any other fruit which can be eaten during pregnancy other than kiwi?

Subject:  Fruits for pregnancy
If you want to have any other fruit than kiwi, you can have oranges. Oranges are very good for pregnancy. Oranges contain folic acid which is very good for preventing birth defects in babies. Even those women who are planning than pregnancy can have folic acid for preventing birth defects in babies.
